South West Coastal Path 2015

During 2015 I undertook a LDW for over a thousand kilometres over 44 days.  No, that's not quite true; there were a few short parts I did not manage to walk because the injury that affected my 2013 walking holiday returned, but this time I was better prepared for it and it affected only 1 full day and 4 partial ones.  But still, I managed 20 days straight walking for the last part!

At the time I walked this, the South West Coastal Path was the longest LDW in the U.K.  It has since been eclipsed by, and incorporated into, the English Coast Walk.  It is one of, currently, 16 national trails in England; I have walked 5 of them now, as of March 2020 (although am missing some sections of this and the Cleveland Way).  I would love to walk them all, but that is hardly doable when I factor in time, cost, and my reducing willingness to travel.
