South West Coastal Path 2015 Day 7

Monday 31^th August 2015

I would have made it to Westward Ho! by 12 if I had not taken my time (I guess I realised today was a short walk and slowed my pace).   

I kept seeing abandoned boats/ships along the river.

Appledore

Taw/Torridge Estuary

Pebble Bank

When I arrived at Westward Ho! I sat and looked at the sea for a while, but the wind was chilly so I headed into a pub to nurse a cider and read.
