South West Coastal Path 2015 Day 41
Saturday 4th October 2015
I woke up 2 hours before breakfast, but was
still out the door minutes after 8.
Looking out over Chesil Beach (which you are not allowed on).
With a good pace, I was on Portland Isle by 11:43. My original plan was to walk the isle tomorrow but, having arrived very early, I did it today, having lunch near the lighthouse out at the very tip.
I circled around the isle and arrived at the hostel at 3:30, too early to check-in, so sat outside for a while.
Dinner was at the hostel.
