Pennine Way Part 1: The South

The Pennine Way is not only the first national trail established in the U.K., but it is considered to be the toughest.  For both of those reasons I knew one day I would need to walk it and, as I had planned on spending 3 months in the U.K. in 2019 and was considering other walks that connected with the Pennine Way's start and end points, putting it as a centre point of the holiday make perfect sense.

You can read about my southern Pennine Way walk by clicking on the “England” link from the menu on the home page, or you can access it directly by clicking HERE.
