Shropshire Hills 2018 Day 6

Day 6 Monday 20^th August 2018

As I was leaving around midday I only did a short walk up the Carding Mill Valley to the reservoir in the morning.  On my way through town to the railway station (and to collect some lunch) I ran into Janet, who used to run the B&B at Highcliffe.  We chatted for a while; her and David have Highcliffe up for sale and are planning on moving to Shrewsbury. After getting some lunch from the co-op, I caught the train to Gatwick and stayed the night at the Three Acres B&B nearby (that I had stayed in when leaving in 2015), having a fish ‘n’ chip and pint of cider at the local pub.
